Are you fed up with one-sided media coverage? 'The Half Truth' delivers a solution! Pro- and con arguments of familiar issues become visible instantly.

From September 22th - October 22th 2017 Wobby.club presented the project The Half Truth at Graphic Matters in Breda. A series of A2 Risoprinted posters were made by artist/writers and exhibited at the Half Truth project space.

Bobbi Oskam and Nick J. Swarth – Refugees

Jan Hamstra and Joke Hermsen – Balkenende Standard/Prime minister Standard

Jeroen de Leijer and A. H. J. Dautzenberg – Article 1 Constitution

Jip Piet and Ted van Lieshout – Biological industries

Steppie Lloyd Trumpstein and Micha Wertheim – Gentrification

Twelve Risograph printed posters were made by six duos of artists and writers.

Six artist and six writers were matched as duos by fate (a tombola). They worked together and created twelve posters, that were Risoprinted on A2 size by Knust Press.
Together the posters visualized the pros and cons of current dilemmas. The arguments were so damn good that the dilemmas never get resolved and the only thing left for you to do is to buy these limited prints to hang over your bed.

The Half Truth posters were made by artists Jan Hamstra, Jeroen de Leijer, Maia Matches, Bobbi Oskam, Jip Piet, Steppie Lloyd Trumpstein and writers Anton Dautzenberg, Joke Hermsen, Ted van Lieshout, Nick J. Swarth, Christiaan Weijts and Micha Wertheim.
