WOBBY’s WORK-SHOP - Illustrada Festival

During the Illustrada Festival, Wobby celebrated its 10th anniversary with a special exhibition in a pop-up shop in the city centre of Tilburg, showcasing all 41 published Wobby issues, art prints, and special editions from the archives. Besides this, we hosted free workshops with Dolle Mina's, Qult and Keanu Schipper, where illustration served as a tool for dialogue, expression, and connection.

WOBBY’s WORK-SHOP 6 & 7 September - Illustrada Festival

During the Illustrada Festival, Wobby Club offers a free workshop programme on 6 and 7 September that uses illustration as a means of engaging in dialogue. The results of the workshops are printed on-site using the risograph printer, a fast and creative reproduction technique. In addition, an exhibition celebrating Wobby’s 10th anniversary is on display in the pop-up shop.

Comfort Consultation at Wobby HQ

Join artists Miriam Reeders & Eva Meijer on April 23 at our Wobby studio in Tilburg, for a session on comfort, care & connection. They’ll share insights from their art project "De Vereniging ter Bevordering van de Troost", (the Association for the Promotion of Comfort), followed by a talk & drawing exercises.

Workshop: Me, myself & I @ Stripdagen Haarlem

Marjolein Schalk and Maia Matches invite all artists and non-artists to come together and create a vibrant risoprint zine with the theme 'Me, Myself & I' in their workshop at Stripdagen Haarlem. This workshop will be free to participate in, but registration is necessary. Whether you're a seasoned comic enthusiast or simply curious about the wonderful world of risoprint, all skill levels are welcome to join! 1&2 June 2024.

RISOnate project - Nopoint atelier (BG)

On 23 June, we welcomed Nopoint atelier from Gabrovo in Bulgaria with their RISOnate project, a traveling risograph studio. They are visiting 11 European cities in 7 countries, working with different risoprint studios and a variety of artists along the way.

They hosted a workshop, live printing demo’s and were speakers at the Mad for Print discussion. Graphic Days Torino is a festival to celebrate creativity, visual design, graphic experimentation and printmaking.

Risograph Workshop Wobby Wonderland

On Saturday 10 December we’ll be hosting a risograph workshop at our studio in NS16 Tilburg. We will give you a basic introduction about the risograph printer and its bright and shockingly vibrant colours. You will make your own design and print A5 cards on this machine, which creates tactile and vibrant prints with unique results!
